6-12 years of experience.
– Hands-on in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least one end-to-end implementation project experience.
– Have experience in working with Oracle SaaS table and data models/schema.
– Effective knowledge in REST API/Webservices.
– Working exposure to Dashboards, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
– Comfortable working with HCM Extracts, HDL/HDL, REST API, Webservices.
– Experience in common set-ups in Core HR.
– Hands-on with User Access, Roles, Privileges, and Security.
– Effective knowledge in integration with 3rd party vendors/providers.
– Experience in Sand Box, Page Personalization, Security Console, and Alert Composer.
– Effective understanding of architectural diagrams and developing technical specification.
– Leading overall technical areas from onshore.
– Manage overall technical aspects of HCM Cloud areas like OTBI/BIP reporting, HDL/HDL HCM Extracts, etc.
– Develop and support business process/standard process.
